The first tip that you need to do is take some lessons by a qualified instructor and you will also want to get a written permission that you have gotten your certification and that you can go diving.

In addition, you will need to learn how to protect yourself by wearing the sun block. Keep in mind that the waters will reflect the light too.

You need to also drink plenty of water for the trip and drink the water even if you do not feel thirsty.

Keep in mind the signs of hyperthermia because you will want to get out of the water and seek immediate medical attention.
